你的情况有点糟糕。你2012年有酒驾的案底，又有无证的案底，现在又被pull over 测出来0.105 。

一般情况下，你有两个可能性：-
1. 基于你有两次案底，法庭可能会判你坐牢3个月，缓刑12个月。意思是，你不需要坐牢，可是如果你在这12个月再犯酒驾，那么你便需要服刑3个月。你必须停牌一年。
2. 罚款$2,000 和停牌12个月，或被吊销驾照。12个月后重考。

凡是有两次案底或以上的，法庭一般上来说是比较严格的。
