你先去超市有一种专门通这个的药水
倒半瓶下去 看看有没有好转 ，用之前先放一些热水下去 然后就等药水去消化那些垃圾吧

As a landlord, maybe u should bear this cost . $1xx -$2xx not much at all.

我一个朋友的房客住master room，下水道堵了，花了快一千快把整条下水道翻出来一截截拆开来看，发现了缠成一团的三条女性内裤+套套若干

相对厨房的下水道堵了可能还不算太难搞

如果不是SINK下面的那段,就拿烧开的水,去超市买输通下水道的化学品配开水倒下去,大概需要10分钟左右的反映时间,在不行就只能找PLUMBER了.

这些东西都很难说的，也不可能去找房客，做房东的没理由只收钱不出钱啊

    我之前住的地方堵住过 我感觉是在下水管U型的那个地方堵住了 就用包寿司的竹签 取下两到三条 用胶带头尾缠在一起 然后下水道口慢慢往下捣 我弄了两三次就疏通了 楼主可以试一试   应该就是一些菜呀什么的   以后提醒他们不要把这种东西倒到下水道  之前听说有人家的下水道堵了 打开里面都有植物生根发芽了...

我遇见的二个上海女孩，年龄奔30，我们一起share一套房子，她们煮饭以后不清理厨房，用过的餐具也不及时清洗，我们要用厨房就觉得很麻烦，卫生间脏的没法说，最不可理解的是，一个胸罩，二条短裤就开洗衣机洗，水费虽然是房东付，感觉上海女孩很奇怪，哈~~
等这个合同结束再不敢和这样的人一起 share 了，

我们的经验，千万不要和上海的大龄女学生住一套房子，尤其是二个女孩住一个房间的，她们的行为很奇怪。
上海大龄女孩的特点：脾气古怪，自以为是，爱占小便宜，而且非常自私，喜欢搬弄是非~~，这些都是我们的经验教训，事实证明，女生没有男生爱干净，她们脏的时候很恐怖，哈~

    我没有招过上海女生，我这里住的是外地的女生，但你所说的问题，她也都存在，而且跟另外两个女生说，既然付了房租，就要把房租给“挣回来”，凡事用到尽。所以家里的上网下载量，她用得最多，她的投诉也最多，她的房间最臭。。。连另两个女生都盼着她早点搬家，同是女人，真为她的行为汗颜。。

总结下来，还是家里穷的女生，最好不要租，人穷志短。

另：我从来不招二人一间房，都是单人单间。
