The apartment is close to transport, 3-5 mins walk to Nundah Village and railway station. 6-8mins walk to the Toombul shopping center.
There is a train to city in every 15 minutes until midnight, and more trains during peak hour. 15 mins to city by train and a lot of buses can be taken as well.
Room has built in wardrobe and furnished.
You will share with two Chinese professionals, one is female and the other is male, both are 31 years old.
Only a female, who is tidy and mature, is welcomed to rent this room. The rent is $135/week, including every bill. A part time job can be provided to the right person.
