（全部都是一手买回来的）。
如果要被子也可以提供。

交通极度方便，
适合UNISA CITY WEST& EAST 和ADELAIDE UNIT( city campus).
走路不到 1 分钟就可以搭TRAM 去 City，
也有省钱方法 – 走一站到SOUTH TERRACE 坐免费的TRAM。 TRAM 平时每7.5 分钟一趟。
最晚到12：30 PM。 TRAM 旁边还有BUS 可以搭

很少坐BUS 因为
我本人走一站
坐免费的TRAM— 从UNIT 到免费的 TRAM 大概走7-8 分钟。）
坐TRAM 去CITY 最快只要6-7分钟
FRIDAY NIGHT 也
就是15 分钟。

客厅有空调， LG 42 寸
大电视， PS2（女生好象很少用的上

和沙发
（全是IKEA 的）。
有无线
电话， ADSL 2 + 上网
目前是25G
可以商量UPGRADE。

厨房家具大部分是Harris Scarfe 和WOOLWORTH （质量
绝对过硬）。

和一对YOUNG COUPLE 和租。
价钱是105 （外加SHARE 1/3 的
电，
上网
和电话）。

小小要求： TENANT 一定要是女的 —不是性别歧视：-（。要
爱干净—乱无所谓
但是要干净。

房间5月16号可以出租
