房东是简单，快乐的couple,有一个爱学习的小学2年级的小女孩，善于烹饪中西一流的美食，房东有政府认可的homestay 资格，周末可搭房东的车去shopping.

现诚意招租homestay students 或者学生，仅限于女生，不抽烟，不带宠物.

homestay 价格：单人间210/周，三餐加水果，周末BBQ,双人间，每人180/周，三餐加水果，周末BBQ.房东保证一流品质中西美食.

如果不是homestay:单人房145/周（水，电，煤，网络全包），双人房住单人165/周（最好是可以2个女孩share,每人115/周，水，电，煤，网络全包)

亲爱的OLDTHREETYPE同学, 谢谢你的关注. 其实我们商量了很久才定的价格, 我们是很爽快的人, 不喜欢月终拿了小算盘来SHARE BILL. 所以全包, 也是希望同学们可以省心力的缘故. 但是, 也许, 看上去就比没有包BILL的价钱好看.其实真的住进来, 你就会好开心省心了.

而且, 出门在外, 关键就是安全, 我们这个区到很晚很晚还有人溜狗, 散步, 邻居很多老人, 安静而祥和, 还有对面的小公园可以打网球, 喜欢的话, 我们的后花园很大很美丽, 在那里学习, 你的心情该多好啊,

房子可是全朝花园的向阳房噢:) 我们一点不想委屈租房的同学, 家具全新, 住一年以上的, 走的时候, 我可以连床垫都奉送也.:) 可是也许你来了, 就一点也不想挪窝了, 我们可以一直看到你读到大功告成, 再找到工作也!

你不用HOMESTAY, 如果真的喜欢, 也可以来看看, 自己做好了, 火星上来的小朋友大概不喜欢洗碗噢, 你可以涮一下就放到洗碗机里, 晚上我一起洗, 你可以一直保持酷酷的形象嘛:)

这个打印机，跟我的一样。请问LZ在澳洲，可以买到这个打印机可以用到的墨盒吗？我以前买过其他的墨盒，放在这个打印机里都不好使，只能每次都是让家里人邮寄过来墨盒，很是麻烦。而且墨盒超贵，人民币要250多一个。。。
