Middle size of room,comfortable.
Room will be available from NOW.

Good location,in the middle of city,convenience transportation.
Just 5 to 10 mins for walk to UniSA or Uni Adelaide and some language schools in city.
Good for newcomer and new student study language or Uni.
~Free~ bus and tram=save $$
