找女室友一名~~~~~

因为室友毕业，所以东区11站现有一房间出租，7月中就可入住房子在Magill Rd上11站，是有点历史的房子了，可是东暖夏凉，夏天几乎都不用开冷气，可以省下一大笔电费哦~ 环境安静，优美，有前后花园，房东定期除草。
离车站很近，步行2分钟即可。附近有面包店，西餐厅，中餐馆，意大利店，cafe，foodland，还有麦当劳，饿了也不愁没有东西吃。哈～
还有肉店，跟hairsalon......
房子整洁干净，一共有4个房间，已住3个友好的中国女生，现在房间出租。房间有单人床，衣橱，书桌。
家俱齐全，洗衣机跟微波炉还是最近新换的。

P.S. 室友相继毕业，另外还有一个大小相当的房间在8月中available。价钱一样，都是全部家具齐全的。在找房子的朋友可以考虑一下哦~机会难得！！！

你实说两个人share一个房间吗？那可能没有办法哦~ 为了保证其他人的居住质量，家里是有一个房间限住一人的规定，请见谅。:) 对了我们家8月中还会有另外一个房间空出来，如果到那时候这个房间还没被租的话，你可以考虑一下跟你朋友一起过来住哦。
