房屋简介： 3个卧室，２个卫生间/浴室，开放式厨房。一房招租

超理想方便！！！
位于市中心，介于Ｗａｙｍｏｕｔｈ　Ｓｔｒｅｅｔ和Ｌｉｇｈｔ　Ｓｑｕａｒｅ交接附近。
走路：3分钟到Chinatown；8分钟走到King William Street，Rundle Mall和UniSA City West Campus; 3分钟到公车站搭free bus ９９C去阿大和UniSA City East Campus; 3分钟到TAFE College

屋子家具电器新颖齐全，宽敞明亮，有中央空调。

（1）三楼房间配有新颖双人床，书桌，椅子，３门衣柜，全身镜等等，家私齐全，浴室公用。周租$195 share bills，租约至少到明年二月。

目前有一男一女室友，我们都是好相处，安静不喧哗的室友，爱好干净。希望找相同爱干净，易相处，有礼貌, 无不良嗜的室友。不抽烟酗酒。只需要拿着随身物品进来入住就可以了。
