想着要入籍了，问题是国内有房产，还不想卖掉，想着以后叶落归根呢。那么将会有影响吗？如都给父母的话，那么以后关于遗产税是怎么个弄呢？

不影响你的所有权，遗产税尚未开征，以后不知道。

理论上，如果你是有中国房产的话，你入籍是不会影响你的中国房产的产权。最主要是在入籍之前，将你的中国护照影印一份副本，然后叫一位国际公证律师公证，以便将来你将这个国内的房产转让卖掉或按揭的时候，你有足够的证据证明你是房产持有人。因为当你拿了澳洲护照之后，澳洲的护照并没有中文的名字的，是很难你是该房产的持有人。
