位置：Coorara Ave, Payneham South, SA，位于 Adelaide 城东，安静好区。

交通：公交 H30、H31 路第 11 站至 12 站之间（离第12站仅85米）。在 Go Zone 内，高峰期平均 5 分钟一趟进城公交车，平时约 15 分钟一趟公交车。公交车直接抵达阿德莱德大学、皇家阿德莱德医院、南澳大学、汇丰银行、移民局、TAFE等。根据公交公司的资料，交通顺畅时，乘车到 city，仅用时 10 分钟。

周边设施：
向东步行12分钟就到购物中心（Coles、Kmart）、邮局、汽车保养、Pizza 店、Subway、Hungry Jack，Service SA 办公室……
向北步行12分钟就到购物中心（Woolworth）、邮局、Pizza 店、蛋糕店、KFC，汽车配件店……

共用设施：24小时天然气热水、5眼天然气灶、双卫生间（2马桶、2淋浴房）、大型冰箱、电热水壶、中央空调、微波炉，餐桌椅，沙发。
房内设施：双人床、写字台、椅子、衣柜。

宽带：TPG 顶级 Unlimited Plan, 不分时间段，无限制流量，没有超流量的问题。提供无线路由器（Wifi 接入）。

现有 1 间卧室出租，租金140/周起，包水、电、天然气、宽带上网（合理使用）。
