位于glenelg east的3室house,室友为一对couple ，local男生和中国女生，为人和善不计较，为保证生活质量，只招租一个房间，单人145全包包括水，电，煤气，网络，还有厕纸，卫生用品等。房东还买了财产保险，如果东西丢了也会有保险赔偿，不过这个区治安都很好的。房东自己比较注重网络方面，所以安装的telstra500G流量的，速度很快。厕所和浴室分开的，客厅有各种娱乐设施。

对房客的要求很简单，有良好的卫生习惯和生活习惯，local挺安静的，总是party的就免了，住不到一块。

2分钟走到tram站， 15分钟每班，十分准时，20分钟到china town。2分钟走到jetty rd，电影院，超市，各大银行等都有，夏天的晚上十分繁华，想找Part time 工作也很容易。

家里的家具电器都齐全，拎包入住，随时欢迎看房。
