City 2x bedroom for rent 有房出租靠近chinatown11月2012

1xhuge double bedroom - King bed, desk, chair etc
1xsmall single bedroom - double bed/single bed, desk chair etc

1 x Room will be empty around 25th Nov 2012, 1x room is ava on the begining of Nov 2012.

To share with my Mum, prefer girls, tidy and clean girls please.

The house is tide and very quiet all the time. So close to Chinatown and Uni.

we prefer at least 3month rental.

Rent is: double room $190 include all bills, single $180 include all bills.

Registererd Homestay for " Mercedes College" rate is cheaper than government Rate....
