2月3号回阿村，想在Magill附近找个房间。最好都是女生住的房子，不要人太多，2-3人就行。价钱合适就行，我是学生。如果与合适的房间，请在下面留言。谢谢{:8_366:}

好房不要错过，因为现住的学生毕业, 东区Rostrevor 三室两厅新房中的两个大房间空出。$120 包网
现住的女生，非常随和友好，容易相处。
因为是新房，所以干净漂亮，无异味。房子南北朝向，光线充足，冬暖夏凉。
客厅, 厨房,卫生间和房间都非常宽敞。客厅分别是23平方米,12平方米,厨房13平方米,房间分别是14 平方米,14 平方米,15.5平方米,卫生间 5平方米.

室内全部是地板，容易清洁。中央水空调，可以给你一个凉爽而且清新的夏季。
所有家具家电一应俱全，真正的拎包入住。
水电煤也全部接通，200G的超快宽带包含在房租内，免除您的所有后顾之忧。
周围环境安静，治安良好。步行5 - 8 分钟有多路bus, 步行5-8 分钟也可到附近的 shopping center ( 有Foodland 超市，面包蛋糕房，药房，蔬菜水果市场)。
