前两天过马路被印度人撞，我是行人灯绿后步行过马路，那个印度人驾车右转快速将我撞到。当时情况很严重，无法说话无法打电话，他继续行驶百米后停下，之后警察救护车来，将我送医院，有目击证人联系方式，应该也会有摄像头录像。当时很多东西被撞坏，包括一架相机。这种情况我可以问其索赔么？要起诉么？
