想请教一个有关父母移民的事. 我父母在去年年底获取了付费移民的签证, 签证要求最晚登陆时间是今年六月中旬.

但不幸的是我母亲的癌症复发了, 现在正在中国治疗. 她最初有这癌症是在Adellaide治疗的, 大概两年前.

我们想请问象现在我母亲的情况我们需要通知移民局吗? 她可以在中国接受部分治疗,然后在来澳洲继续治疗吗?

因为你父母是已付费的移民签证，除非你有代他们购买私人医疗保险，否则他们来澳大利亚首两年是没有医疗保贴的。意思是如果你母亲在澳大利亚治疗癌症的话，她需要付费的，而这个费用是相当昂贵的。
再者，根据现行的移民条例，如果申请人有任何重大的改变，是要知会移民局的。因为你母亲患了癌症，在这种情况下，你需要通知移民局有关该最新医疗进展的。
