2.只要没有签FORM 1，以前的就做废了。
3.这个可以自己写，写上房产地址，以及你们的名字，签上名，给中介。或让过户师帮忙起草个文件。
PS：你要是有过户师的话，这些他应该都会告诉你的啊。

这段时间没有上论坛，回复晚了。
1、你是否请了经纪人，如果请了，他们会帮你搞定一切，包括买房过程中涉及的一切人员和步骤。
2、如果没有经纪人，全部都自己联系的话，银行会推荐一个。
3、我倒是认识一个，人还可以，但还是建议自己先看看，如果你实在找不到，短信我吧。
