尾椎以前受过伤所以我也感觉不出是肌肉还是骨头的问题
而且这种疼痛会常常顺着左右大腿两条经向下延伸

1，有可能是尾椎的间盘突出，这种情况可能压迫神经（你的症状明显是压迫到神经了）
2，有可能是伤处的水肿，挤压到了神经。

我的建议是：先不要看任何的按摩医生（切记），针灸可以先试试，但是应该也只能暂时减轻水肿的情况。

所以我建议你按以下三步走：

1，如果你现在确实没有时间，那么先去药店买voltaren（德国原产），每天要早上一颗，晚上一颗，先吃至少三天，减轻水肿，不要压迫神经，让你这么难受。

或者去针炙医生处，做针炙先缓解一下水肿情况。

第2步，以下你可以选择两种中的一种：

（1）去 sportsmed(这边最权威的运动医学中心，也是全世界最著名的运动医学中心之一）http://www.sportsmed.com.au，先找gp，然后让他推荐你做检查和进一步治疗。

（2）找一下其他的 gp，让他们推荐你去做治疗或者是理疗。

你这个事情，可轻可重，我觉得你首先要吃药进行缓解，不要太剧烈运动，早上起来先拉伸一下。然后在吃药期间赶紧找专业的医生给你做检查（涉及到ct或者是核磁共振），不要再自己随便的找个医生做按摩或者治疗，尤其尤其不要找按摩！！！绝对不可以。

   其实不管是治疗也好，药物也好，或多或少总会有些副作用。关键是看当时你的情况是否利大于弊，像你目前的情况，我觉得伤处水肿和炎症对神经的压迫应该已经是相当严重了，这个时候当务之急是减轻水肿，减轻水肿和炎症有很多种方法，但是最有效的是votaren，其他的方法比如说针炙是针对于针刺的区域，有的时候不一定就马上见效。
   对于有胃病的人，吃这个药要注意一下，不过，说实在的，澳洲的药比起国内实在好很多，我也有胃病，但是吃这个药也没啥感觉，所以我觉得问题不大的。

   对于中医治疗，我觉得是这样区分的：
1，最适合中医治疗的是几千年以来都有的常见内脏疾病，中医累积了数千年的经验，确实比西医有独到之处，例如感冒发烧，各种不调，筋骨损伤等，好的中医治起来真是有奇效。现在的论坛上的两位中医都是在国内难得一见的良医，你们在这方面可以多征求他们的意见。

2，但是对于某些近代出现的疾病，或者是不是调理平衡所能解决的问题，还是要找西医快速，比如说楼主的这个毛病和久坐有很大的关系，而且很明显这是由于某些部位出现了裂（例如突出等）造成的，这样的话，中医只能缓解，可能难以治愈，最好去找专业的运动医学。

是这样的，第一次看是很贵的，叫entry fee，但是之后的价格就会便宜很多。比如说我第一次看是150，但是第一次就是45了。
