房子里其他室友都是学生，人都很nice，想招一名爱干净，好相处，安静，无不良嗜好的室友，最好是女生，符合条件的男生也可

房间会在 7.21号到 9.16号期间空出，这个时间段内，租期长短可以酌情商量
租金130+share bills，想全包的话价钱也可以商量，网络是TPG无限流量
