【硬件】全家具，通风很好。中央空调全覆盖，基本厨具餐具、冰箱＊2、洗衣机、微波炉、烤箱一应俱全。随时可入住，House是双砖房，家里一共五间卧室, 一个餐厅，一个厨房，两个卫生间，一个很大的花园。

【软件】包水电网，网络是NBN100/40Mbps,无限流量,是澳洲速度最快的网络。有人定期打扫卫生

【交通】房子坐落于安静的Henry Street，漫步5分钟到大型购物中心TTP, <购物+交通+打工> 一应俱全。拥有澳洲唯一的快轨-OBA，可以乘坐，C1，C2， M44，G40, 500,501,502, 503,506,507,528,541,542,543,545,548,556,557. 正常时段5分钟一班车，20分钟从家到CITY。 25分钟到阿大，南澳大学。

【现状】家里全是学生，氛围非常好。

【要求】欢迎长租，安静，干净，友的学生朋友或工作人士。无宠物，禁烟～
