开车5分钟即可到阿德最大亚洲超市（金塔）或者是Mawson Lakes shopping centre。
坐车5分钟内可到Unisa Mawson Lakes校区。（走路约12分钟）
门外即散步小公园，小区环境优美，周边小湖，

房间一：房间比较大，陪有queen size大床，入墙柜，床头柜，书桌。

房间二：房间配有大窗户，double size床，入墙柜，床头柜，书桌。

房间三：房间配有大窗户，单人床，衣柜，书桌。

房子内家具齐全，电器设备齐全，配微波炉，热水机，沙发，餐桌，冰箱，洗衣机等。

共用厨房，全家具,中央空调.

租金$135分摊bill或155 包BILL，

现有多房间出租，招单身少cooking，爱清洁，讲卫生，无不良嗜好人士，（学生优先）长租优先。

特别要求：1，不吸烟
