卫生巾！！！这个是大家非常熟悉的产品――女人必需品，我们一生要跟她打交道40年，但我们了解它吗？优质的卫生巾可以调理妇科疾病，劣质的卫生巾是导致各种妇科疾病的根源。2005年国家质监局对卫生巾市场抽查，56.7％的产品不合格。根据世界卫生组织调查报告，有80％的妇女有不同程度的妇科疾病，其中60％的妇科疾病是由于妇女在例假时使用了劣质卫生巾造成的。合格与不合格的产品都摆在货柜上，当我们不了解它时只有参与权，只有我们了解它才有选择权。”

　　实验一：看包装

　　 “市面不合格产品，填充物都是碎纸，多为报纸、书籍回收打成纸浆，这些原料含有大量的铅、细菌和微生物，它们在重新加工时使用了大量的工业烧碱、漂白粉、去异味剂、除臭剂、荧光剂及其他化学物，加工材料本身含有大量细菌、球菌、铅等重金属，疾病因此而生。”
　　“我们知道人体的皮肤在健康情况下PH值是弱酸性的，它本身有免疫作用。市面不合格的普通产品含有大量的碱，破坏了皮肤的酸碱度，很适应滴虫的滋生繁殖，滴虫容易形成念珠菌和吞噬男性精子造成不孕症。得了不孕症吃大量的中药偏方一年半载都没能治愈，碰到有经验的医生，他（她）会叫你换一款卫生巾用用，过两三个月再来检查。”
