离各大学都很近，楼下是城市主路非常多公车，工作生活真的便利
公寓管理严格，必须是学生，治安很好，个人很喜欢
$329/week全包，现在前台新入住48w+都已经要349了
网速非常快，全天冷热水充足，个人厨房卫浴，设施齐全，我有洁癖很爱惜
时间好商量，我比较随意，一些日常生活用品也可商量留下，12月初来的，才用了不到两个月
合约至05/DEC/2020，到期可在前台续约，理想入住时间二月底起，三月更好，时间好商量（我也在想怎么对付剩下一段时间）

官方是不接受couple，但只登记一个人，然后两个人来住是不管的，因为允许带朋友，我圣诞也带过Brisbane的朋友来住几天
