these documents must be sent directly to the academic program at UCR from the issuing institution.
must directly好强势的口吻。
那么我开出成绩单后如何操作呢？
学校基本不会管这档子事儿。那么我自己办时候怎么操作呢，冒充寄件人。
找快递公司， 然后写寄件人时候，写上 学校教务处？
还是说，无视掉这个要求，只要信是封好的， 以自己名字寄也没关系 ：？
