全新豪华装修两层house。。。因为新找的房客2月底才能回来~~~为了避免他们付太多空租费所以现在有一间master room短租

楼上楼下各有厨房洗手间浴室，所以生活完全分开，除了洗衣机共用。每个房间均有空调，楼上每个房间除了空调还有吊扇。

master room可单人可couple。。。。所以整栋大房大概住5-6人。楼上另外两位同学一位读research要天天去学校一位上班，所以一周至少五天白天家里都是没人的。。。。

厨房配备有超大冰箱，高级德国miele微波炉。。。洗碗机。。。烤箱。。。电磁灶。。。配套锅。。。配套砧板。。。（我觉得房东是要多有钱才给出租房装修这么好啊。。。。）

包TPG unlimited网络。。。其实还有home phone的。。俺没连。。你愿意的可以话自带电话。。。。

包除草。。。

备注一下。。以下有些照片木有家具。。。因为是刚take的时候中介的照片。。。现在master room包queen bed和大书桌，有三个大入墙衣柜。外面厨房有各种基本电器。。。toaster，烧水的，电饭煲，打冰机等。

地理位置：

走路到mains rd 10分钟。。。然后就是mains rd上的各种车啦。。。139到UQ，130 140到city。。。然后基本上所有车都经过Griffith站。。。反方向5分钟到sunnybank plaza。。。。

走到garden city bus interchange比较久。。。因为要等红灯要穿过shopping center。。。大概20分钟。。。

上学和到city木有任何问题。。。买菜的话木有车如果去garden city可能稍微麻烦点。。。可以去sunnybank。。。

开车的话此处上highway上logan rd都非常方便。。。。


房租和一些要求：

从11月26到2月25号可以短租，时间上至少两个月。。。太短的我人不在这边懒得折腾了。。。。单人210，双人 230， share电费水费（空调耗电。。。不share怕用爆了。。-_-||) （之前楼上的bill三个人share大概一周十块）

租客要求：(请详细阅读~~~不是我难搞。。。只是有什么要求先说清楚。。免得住进来大家不愉快，不能接受的也省大家的时间）

1. 安静。。。虽然这么大房子最多只住五六个人。。。但是如果有喜欢天天带朋友回来玩到很晚的。。。每个星期都搓麻将影响别人休息的。。。。就算鸟。。。。偶尔有啥节日生日朋友来高兴一下都是可以理解的，不要太频繁影响别人的休息就好了。

2：爱干净！！！！！。。。做完饭一定要洗碗擦灶台。。。房子装修的这么好擦的亮堂大家看着都开心。。。每个人都顺手擦一下整个环境会好很多。然后每周需要轮流拖一下木地板，这样大家走起来都嗨皮~~

3：人要好相处。。不要party Animal。。。不要天天窝在家打游戏的宅男。。。楼上的三周一次轮到你打扫公共区域的卫生。。。。

4：好像暂时没啥了。。。~~~~
