POSITION – Personnel Officer

Prerequisite – Fluent in Chinese and English

A privately owned recruitment company is in search of someone who can speak fluent Chinese and English and has an interest in Human Resources and is looking to join a young and enthusiastic team in a company that has a very bright future.

The company specialises in developing recruitment solutions for the Agriculture Industry, utilising people from Australia, Europe, Asia and newly arrived Migrant and Refugees.

The person will be required to undertake reception duties, be the first point of call for our on hired staff and be in contact daily, assist in developing recruitment strategies and be involved in the screening, interviewing and induction processes. There is also a great deal of data entry and administration work so you will need to have good attention to detail. You will be working in a team environment so the successful person will need to be a team player and have the ability to work well in that environment.
