位置：东区carina heights近carindale的三房两卫一车位的townhouse整栋转租。由于要moveinterstate 所有手续都是与中介办理。lease是到2014年的9月，房子在静街地势高无洪水困扰。

房间：楼上三间房，一个master room 带built in衣柜，独立卫生间，落地窗直通大阳台，采光非常好，房间三面全部都有窗，洗手间是明卫也带窗。两个singleroom也全部带builtin衣柜，其中一间single带一个大的落地窗，开门就是阳台，楼下客厅，厨房车库，洗衣房和客卫0.5toilet

交通：位置十分便利，走路五分钟到车站，方便到city UQ QUT 222高峰时20分钟可到city，走新的easternbusway , 18分钟209到UQ. 基本上去city的车5分钟一趟，去UQ十五分钟一趟，直接到UQ 。方便学生与上班学生这个绝佳的位置绝对不愁找不到房客.

购物：开车5分钟就到carindale个人觉得算是布村最好,westfield shopping centre 吃喝玩乐俱全全部一站. Coles Woolworth 超, Event Cinema 购. city里有的这里基本都有了。

房租：440 per week 中介的价格个价格这个位置我觉得非常合理

家具：家具想package全部转卖。56 寸 LG LCD T，看电影打游戏没话说. 我买了这个电视基本没有去过电影院. 三星一年新不到的洗衣机Top loader 5.5 kg, 足够房里四个人用. westing的大冰箱 frost free ,基本上没有放不下的问题. 两张Queen bed 一张single 全部是好床垫不是那种便宜海棉床垫. 当初买回价格2200左右, 目前打算1800 全部一个package卖出去.

房客：两个UQ女生明年7月毕业也就是房子到期的时候, 房客安静稳定。如果接手lease, 她们会一直住下去
