过马路就是UQ大牌子，步行5分钟可以到ssh lib和bio lib，不管你喜欢运动还是泡图书馆，都很方便快捷。到“小黑店”，412和402车站步行3分钟，citycat步行5分钟，方便购物和出行。

我们是一对UQ master在读couple，很好相处，平时有part-time job还要上课，白天基本不在家。非party族，喜欢安静，干净。整套房子在二层，布置的很温馨，很干净。房子不临街，不吵闹，而且就挨着学校，所以也很安全。

希望找到不吵闹，爱干净，无不良嗜好的室友，男女均可，single或couple都行。
