比较喜欢清淡口味，没放辣椒，不过自认为放了辣椒应该会更美味！

求凉粉配方！

需准备材料：

绿豆淀粉、水，比例为一份的粉，配5-6份的水（注意：是容量比，不是重量比）。

做法：

作法一：

1.将绿豆粉倒入煮锅中，加入冷水，搅拌均匀。

2.将锅放置小火上慢慢加热，同时用筷子往同一方向划圈，刚开始的时候可以慢一些（不要出现沉淀即可），当水开始冒泡泡的时候，划圈的速度就要快一点了。

3.冒泡后大概搅拌1-2分钟左右，看锅中出现浆糊状，而且糊糊开始发亮，就可以关火了。可以直接在锅中冷却，或者倒入容器内成型。冷却时，开始可以将容器放在冷水中，然后放入冰箱。

和这个做法类似的是可以用1份水将绿豆粉调湿成浆，然后将剩余的水烧开。之后将绿豆粉浆像勾芡一样慢慢加入开水中，边加边搅拌成糊糊，然后后面步骤同上。

作法二：

1.这个做法类似冲藕粉，适合做少量的凉粉（2人份）。如果要做大量的凉粉建议还是用方一，不然温度不够。

2.用少许水（尽量少）将绿豆粉调湿成浆。将剩余的水烧开。

3.将开水慢慢倒入绿豆粉浆中，边倒边迅速用勺朝一个方向搅拌。

4.搅拌至糊糊状即可停手，让其冷却成型。同样，冷却时，开始可以将容器放在冷水中，然后放入冰箱。
