本公司现招聘一名兼职Bookkeeper/Account assistant intern, 每周工作2-3天，工作时间9:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.具体要求如下：

Job summary

Bookkeeper/Account Assistant Intern required foran exciting and rapidly growing business at Wacol. Must be fluent in bothEnglish and Mandarin. You will work under the supervision ofthe office manager and general manager.

About ELT Recycling Australia

We are the country's leading providerof scrap tyres collecting and recycling services, operating in QLD and VIC. ELTRecycling collects scrap tyres from retailers, fleet operators, end-users andlocal governments and disposes of them through environmentally sustainablemethods.

Skills and Experience

Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
Experience in bookkeeping
Experience in using MYOB, Xero or other accounting softwares is highly desirable.
High written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Duties&Responsibilities

Invoicing and billing
Accounts payable and receivable including debt collection
Bank reconciliations
End of period financial reports
Expense claims & petty cash
Payroll
Customer service via phone/email
Other ad-hoc administration tasks

工作地点在Wacol，公共交通不便所以需要自己有车。Internship持续三个月，之后视工作情况可转为Full time或Part time.
