今天网上一位朋友告诉我，她有一位朋友，之前在悉尼留过学。
据她讲悉尼治安不太好。推荐我要去还是去墨尔本好。
说墨尔本环境好，治安也比悉尼好。很多大赛都在哪儿里办的。

我现在很迷惑，请有经验的朋友介绍一下2各城市的具体情况。（生活，学习方面等。）
或介绍一下澳洲的其它的感觉适合外国人学习的城市，学校。

有没有了解 悉尼的 Access Language Centre 的朋友？麻烦介绍一下这所学校的情况。
