考叉车证好像是没有专门的训练地方的，一般都是在职培训，有专门的考试机构，报名后，他们会组织学员（可能会是从几个不同的公司）一起培训一天（可能在其个学员的所在公司），然后会发些教材和Log book给你，然后大家就散了，各自回去按那个log book填写。这种一起培训的好处就是费用相对会比较低，当然你要求自己单个培训单个考试的话，不是不行，只要你愿意给够钱就可以。

一般那培训公司会给两三个月的时间让你完成那个log book，然后大家就再约个时间一起考试了，先考笔试，再考叉车操作。笔试比较难，有97题（都是回答题，没选择题），要全过了，才能上叉车。叉车上考不到10分钟就结束了，就几个指定动作而已，(因为本来就是在职培训的，叉车本来也差不多是天天在开的）。

考过后，考官会发个证书给你，拿那个证书到邮局交钱办叉车证，然后就等着寄给你了。

整个过程的关键点在log book上，这里边得有已持有叉车证的人做你的supervisor帮你签字。当然97题也不容易，不过即使你其中有几题答不上的话，一般考官也会帮你的。
