下载表格，填写好，还要带上驾照，medicare card，三个月的居住证明（最好带银行每个月的对账单）。
地址在city 的harriscarfe的停车场的马路对面。三周后收到certificate。
宣誓前改名比较好。学位证书，就不太清楚了。

谢谢你详细的帮助，还有一个问题就是因为现在移民局已经把我的名字加到council9月份宣誓的名单中了，是不是现在改名后还要通知移民局和city council？这样会不会很麻烦？从而导致宣誓延后？
