我也没什么关节问题，就是蹲下时膝盖关节会痛，但过一段时间就好了。也不知道正不正常

谢谢，关心。 我的膝盖也没受过伤，就是早上工作的时候蹲下会有点不适，但是活动两下就没问题了。所以想保养一下 呵呵

不过有点疑惑就是 澳洲人是不是也常常吃保健类的东西， 中国人热衷中药类的， 什么西洋参啊 虫草啊， 老外貌似就喜欢实打实的 补钙  补维生素  包括保养关节的， 不知道他们的产品澳洲产的是不是有效果 GOOD FOR NORMAL WELLBEING，
