如果你的儿子没有大碍的话，我提议就算了。如果你不满意这个幼儿园的服务的话，你可以到转到其他认可的幼儿园。
一般来说，幼儿园是有法律上的责任提供安全的设施给孩子玩耍的，但是在玩耍期间，意外是在所难免的。
