谢谢！！损失是没有，只是房东说这个墙上的霉让我花钱清除。这个霉菌是因为漏水才出来的

我觉得啊，只是猜，房子不是漏水，听你描述应该是冬天你门窗紧闭 那是水蒸气。要不夏天怎么不漏啊

是漏水， 我以前住房子也很少开窗子，没见墙上起霉，整个卫生间洗澡间都是霉，而且房子外面墙上都在流水
