我相当同情你们的遭遇。这些情况对华人来说是比较普遍的。解决的方法很简单，你太太直接打电话到 Fairwork，将这个情况告诉他们，他们会免费提供帮助。另外一个部门是Equal Opportunity Commission，他们也会处理类似的性骚扰事件。

在澳大利亚，雇主是有法律上的责任提供给雇员舒适，安全及适当的工作环境。如果你太太的主管有这种性骚扰的行为的话，工厂是要负起法律上的责任的。
这种事情可大可小。小则Fairwork会通知工厂，开除主管。大则Fairwork会代表你的太太向法庭申述，要求赔偿。
