       我的一个合伙人未经我的同意,擅自将原本是个人的股份转让在一家公司的名下,但是这家公司是他自己注册的,并且这家公司有2个director,这就意味着多一个人要参与到生意的日常经营中来,损害了我的利益,请问他这种做法是否合理?我占有的股份比他多

你好，不知道你们是否有签署过合伙协议书 （Partnership Agreement）。如果有签署合伙协议书的话，就要按照合伙协议书里面的内容办事。

在正常的情况下，一般的合伙协议书都有条文规定，任何一方退出或转让的话，必须先要征求另一方的同意，如果另一方接受的话，那么退出方的股份才可以转让。

如果没有签署过合伙协议书的话，就要根据南澳洲的合伙条例（Partnership Act）办事。
