請問鄭律師有關車禍責任歸屬問題

上個月我發生了一起車禍，我買的是第三方責任險，對方買的是全險，當我打給我的保險公司時，他們要求我自己確定責任是不是屬於我，如果是，他們願意賠對方的車，如果不是，這就不關我保險公司的事，而我立刻去詢問警方有關責任的歸屬問題，他們要求我先付65刀之後再等三星期，他們會寄車禍報告給我，我等了一星期收到了報告，但關鍵的責任歸屬部份，全被用黑線覆蓋，我去警局詢問時，他們說被覆蓋的部份我無權知道，我聯絡對方的保險公司，對方只要求我把我的車損壞情況出一份清單傳真給他們！並未提及責任歸屬問題！請教鄭律師，我要經由何種途徑方能暸解責任的歸屬呢？

因为你买的是第三方保险，对方保险公司通常是不会理会你的。我建议尽快找一位律师，拿取一些专业的意见，然后向对方出一封律师信向对方追讨赔偿，以保障你的权益。
在此呼吁各位同学，为免麻烦，希望大家尽量买全保或Property Insurance。Property Damage Insurance 的费用不贵，通常400~500每年。
