2011年2月10日房子到期的时候，我人在国内，没办法回来处理。我的朋友将房子打扫干净，并且留给中介人员钥匙后搬出。中介要求我回澳后，亲自拿磅金，而且还要扣一部分清洁费。理由是地摊脏旧，厨房有油渍。
请问郑律师，中介当时给的ingoing inspection sheet上面写的很清楚，最后一次ingoing inspection是2004年7月。期间有过四任租房者。如何证明我的磅金不该扣？如果扣了我们是不是可以去OCBA的住房审裁处处理？
还有一个问题是，中介退还磅金的过程是怎样的，去中介直接拿cash或者其他的？

如果你的磅金是放在政府的部门的话，那么你便要亲自到该处拿取你磅金的余款。如果你是人在国内的话，你可以写一份英文授权书，授权你的朋友或律师在阿德莱德市拿回磅金。
我不知道你租房子的时候是否有写明哪里是已经脏了或者哪里有油渍。如果有注明的话，他没有理由扣除你的磅金。如果没有注明的话，退租时候你是要负责清洁费用的。

你好，退租的日期应有交钥匙给房东开始算，因此你正式退租是9月25日，房东要求多一周房租是不合理的。你可以到Tenancy Tribunal 投诉。

郑律师您好，请问房屋的钥匙交给房东了是不是就算正式退租了？我们9月25号把钥匙退给了房东，26号房东检查的卫生，他说草地需要割，我们同意了由他找人来割草并付与相关费用200刀。但到最后退镑金的时候他非要多扣我们一个礼拜的房租，时间是8月25号到9月2号，正是他割草的这段时间，请问他这样做合理吗？
