你好, 本人在上個月的時候, 跟男朋友和一名agent去找房子, 跟著就去了一間澳洲人的房子, 因為一進去就覺得好舒服, 所以很快就問關於房子的問題..
而問題是包括了以下一條的: 我想問一下這裡是可以connect network的嗎?
屋主就回答我: sure! 我之前都一直有用開的.這裡有2個phone pocket的, 所以不用擔心.
我說: 真的嗎? 因為我是用internode naked plan的, 我怕這裡用不到..
屋主說: 真的可以用的..不用怕

就是這樣...我就跟屋主簽約了..
但是網絡還是弄不到..internode說因為是cabler的問題,
要我自己找專業師父(license cabler)來弄..師父來了2次...
就跟我說..是因為牆內的phone line一早就broken了..
又要另收多$300去修復....
現在屋主只說沒可能會broken啊..可是他後來又跟我說technically is not landlord的責任

那現在我覺得自己好想就被人騙了一樣..
留學生租房子都已經貴了..現在又要自己出錢幫別人修好房子的問題
而且 本人在簽contract前不斷地問是不是可以用...
現在一句話 不是他的責任就不理了- -
那我可以做什麼呢??? 我真的有點不服呢:(
可是我又沒可能一直不用network..因為夠竟我都要做功課啊- -

請幫個忙吧>< 留學生生活真的不容易啊:(

有的话可以去告他啊。他的oral statement也算是contract的一个条款。
这样他就会帮你修。如果他不修的话，他就是违反了合约。你可以不租他的房子。
当然啦，前提是你们两个人的谈话有人可以帮你作证。
