房子续约问题

问题是11月4号还没到，这是不是违规操作啊？

在此咨询下，怎么和他们理论呢

我不知道你在三个月前有没有跟房东或他的代理协商续约的事宜，如果你没有提出书面或者口头的要求的话，一般来说，人家可以擅自把房子租出去，无需知会你的。责任是在你方面通知业主或其代理。
