11月底短租了一个房子。当时房东草拟了一份合同。打印出来。我就签字了。她没签字。然后也没有任何公章。 如果我违约想搬走的话。这份合同是有效合同吗？


还有如果双方都签字的合同就必定是有效合同了吗？
