我母亲于1个多月前申请892被拒，根据买房时政府得告知，我母亲必须在她离境前将房产卖掉。

因为我需要以学生签证继续待在adelaide. 我母亲希望能将我也填入房屋拥有人里，然后我能继续住着房子把学念完。然而lantitle office说这个需要 2万多的过户费。

为此我很头痛，除了交2万过户费意外就没有什么其他方式能够保住房子了么？难道我母亲不可以以外国人身份拥有房产么？

求解。。。。。。

我现在目前在EIBT就读IT diploma 于今年年底 diploma正式毕业。然后将从diploma直接申请入南澳大学。

你的父亲或母亲只需要做一份宣誓书，将该拒签的移民局信件及你转为学生签证的文件，包括带有新学生签证的护照，并作出书面的承诺，在你读完大学或签证到期后十二个月内将该房子出售回给澳洲本土的居民。一般情况下海外投资及复核部会备案及给与宽容，直至你读完书后才需要将母亲的房子出售。
如果你觉得麻烦的话，你可以委任律师代劳，本律师的友情价是300澳元加GST。

您好，请问在我卖房时有什么价格或者其他方面的限制或者规定么？ 比如最多卖多少钱，最少卖多少钱。 因为我母亲听说最多不能卖超过30万， 有这么回事么？
