你租房子的时候，你应该有一份Check List。当你退出的时候，是要依据该Check List上每一项检查的。

所以你应该问房东拿回这个Check List，然后自己看清楚。

如果你有进一步的投诉或咨询的话，你可以直接到Grenfell Street的Tenancy Tribunal咨询，他们会给你一个详细的意见，告诉你是怎样做的。

因为你牵涉的数目是$1,120元押金，因此在经济角度上请律师是不划算的。

政府的Tenancy Tribunal是一个相当有效的部门，他们会给你很实际的法律意见怎样去处理这件事。
