The One is an Australian privately owned footwear fashion label that delivers amazing products. We are a young and friendly team located at Wentworth Point. We are now looking for an organized individual to join our rapidly growing team. The role of the Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This role requires strong abilities in prospecting and developing new accounts, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue.
The successful applicant should have at least 1 years of wholesale experience in the fashion industry. This role is perfect for an energetic, can-do person who is looking to develop their retail sales skills and thrives on winning business, hitting targets, and willing to succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
Build positive working relationships with channel partners to maximize product sales within customer base.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Continuously improve through feedback
Serves customers by promoting services and meeting customer needs.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
About you:
Minimum 1 years of wholesale experience
A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’S
Strong communication skills, Market knowledge and contacts strong negotiation skills
The team focused on a “can-do” attitude
To be energetic and well-organized
Efficient, timely follow up skills
Current resource and contact in souvenirs shop is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Australian Driver License
