我们现在面临一个租房合约的问题，我们住在堪培拉，具体问题如下：
我们初到澳洲是4个人一起签的合同，租了一整栋house，（能住6个人）， 四个人都签名了。
因为房子比较大，除了我们在合同上的4个人，我们还找了两个人一起来住。每人都交了4周房租作为押金。
在今年4月左右，当时签了合同的4个人当中的一个人（A）搬离了并找个一个人（B）来顶他的房租。
8月底左右，B这个人不住了，这样就空出一间房子，因为A以没钱为由不付房租，除了A意外的我们三个人除了交自己的房租，还要平摊A的那一份。
现在A转学到了悉尼，在他临走的时候层给过我们承诺说会给钱，并叫我们不要联系他，否则就耍混蛋一分都不给，这不是我夸张，这是原话！
过去2个多月了，家里另外一个人不在合同上的也要搬走，我们现在实在没法再多摊一份钱，请求用法律手段要回房租，希望懂的人多多帮忙！！我真是跪谢了！！！
