请教郑律师，有关475签证回国度假问题？

  我想请教一下，我现在是475签证，还没拿到PR，在没拿到PR之前（在不影响以后申请PR的前提下）我是否能回国度假？如果能的话，能回国多长时间？ 还有一个问题，如果拿到PR后是不是再在这呆2年就能申请公民了？在拿到PR之后，申请公民之前（在不影响以后申请公民的前提下），这段时间能否回国度假？因本人刚到阿德，所以对于这些问题很困惑~所以麻烦郑律师了啊~别嫌我啰嗦哈~十分感谢！

如果你是475签证的话，在签证的有效期内，你是可以随时回国度假再回来的，回国时间并没有限制。但是如果你没有在签证的有效期内在指定地区住满2年并全职工作1年的话，你是不能申请PR的。

理论上，拿到PR之后再按照要求住满时间就可以申请公民。申请公民的条件是，申请前的4年要在澳大利亚以合法签证居住，而且这4年内要有1年是以PR身份居住，而且这4年内离开澳大利亚的时间不能超过12个月。在申请前的1年内不能离开澳大利亚超过90天。

你可以酌情回国度假，但是要申请PR或公民的话，必须满足上述居住及工作要求。
