你好, 我想問一下有關房子出租的問題. 是這樣的, 我是二房東, 把房子租給朋友了, 他後來退房給了我一個月notice, 我有跟他說退房日地方要是乾淨的 Carpet要洗過, 我才能租給別人, 可是退房日期後,她人是搬走了, 地方沒有清乾淨, carpet 拖了2 周多才找人清, 那這時間上的租金我可以要回來嗎?~ 我可以從bond金減嗎? 法律上是怎麼說呢?
