We have a spacious double story brick house in Jindalee. 5 minutes walk to bus stop and there are shops, medical centre, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance.
We have 2 comfortable carpeted private rooms available with all the necessities and a modern bathroom which are on a separate floor to the rest of the house. Both rooms have wardrobes, bed (single or double), study desk and bookshelf. All utilities, wifi, and breakfast are included. You and another will share your own private bathroom and a private lounge with small kitchenette, however you also have access to upstairs kitchen, dining/lounge area, laundry, and backyard space.
This is a student homestay arrangement, no lease but ongoing arrangement.
Breakfast only $220 per week
Dinner available five nights with breakfast. $250 per week.
Lunch boxes can be arranged on request with a small charge.
Weekday drop off/pick up from schools near Indooroopilly is possible.
The accommodation is clean, friendly and safe.
