同感！以前有时候还挺快的！最近特别慢！简直是不动了那个物流！十月寄的还在清关，而且有的是发往中国途中，都想改快递了，就是奈何已经发的那些不能改了！都不知道啥时候能到！问了客服说已经催了，这都不像催的效率了

而且宏观国际快递官方页面上，客服电话都找不到，根本没售后；昨天再次到上月底寄快递的店里发了通火，他们服务员前后解释自相矛盾，有说后来产生的EMS单号是假的，不用管；还有说因为国内双十一，所以本来两周寄到的货物现在成三周了。那我就问昨天那个服务员了：如果三周还没到的话，是不是我该等第四周了？

诶，现在就是拳头打棉花上了，后悔前一批还寄了宏观，就是因为十月的实在是没收到太想知道为什么了！换快递换快递，寄出去的都撤不回来了，只能卡那边了是吧
